Welcome to my e-Portfolio. This portfolio represents my academic journey, professional growth, and reflective learning as a student of the M.Ed. program. It showcases my coursework, practical experiences, digital teaching skills, and professional achievements developed during Semester I.

Profile Introduction

I am Satish Pandit, an M.Ed. first year student with a strong interest in reflective teaching, educational research, and the integration of technology in education. I believe that teaching is not only the transmission of knowledge but a continuous process of learning, reflection, and professional growth.

I am Satish Pandit, a student of the Master of Education (M.Ed.) programme under Savitribai Phule Pune University. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science inchemistry and Education and have a keen interest in reflective teaching, educational research, and the integration of digital technology in teaching–learning processes. I am committed to continuous professional development and aspire to become a competent and ethical teacher-educator.

Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is centered on learner-centric education, critical thinking, and inclusive classroom practices. I aim to create meaningful learning experiences by connecting theory with practice, encouraging inquiry, and using digital tools to enhance student engagement. I believe that teaching should promote understanding, critical thinking, and active participation among learners. A teacher should act as a facilitator who connects theory with real-life experiences and encourages inclusive and ethical learning practices.

Vision and Professional Goals

My vision is to become a reflective and competent teacher-educator who contributes positively to the education system through ethical practices, innovation, and lifelong learning. My professional goal is to continuously upgrade my pedagogical and digital skills and to engage in educational research and community outreach.
